YoriPrep Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

Article 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing YoriPrep, using a paid feature, submitting store or staff data, viewing an advertisement reward, or using AI/OCR functions, the user agrees to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy, Subscription and Refund Policy, AI Data Policy, Ads and Rewards Policy, and account deletion policy.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not create an account, subscribe, submit operational data, or use the YoriPrep service. Continued use after a posted update means the user accepts the updated Terms unless applicable law requires a separate consent process.

Separate optional consents for store-promotion use, advertising marketing, and AI research/model improvement are not a condition of subscription purchase, account use, required notices, or basic paid-service use. Refusal or withdrawal only stops new use for the refused or withdrawn optional purpose.

YoriPrep is intended for users who are at least 19 years old, business operators, employees of a business, or authorized work users. Uberion does not knowingly provide the service to children under 14.

Article 2. Service Provider and Business Information

The service provider is UBERION, represented by WONSEOK JANG. The business registration number is 214-73-68656, and the official support and privacy contact is manager@uberion.org.

This public copy is prepared primarily for users in South Korea. It does not state an unverified address, phone number, registration, or regional availability as fact.

YoriPrep is primarily a B2C service for individual food-operation users and small operators. Enterprise use is B2B and requires an inquiry, separate terms, and a written contract or statement of work from Uberion.

Article 3. License, Service Access, and Ownership

YoriPrep is licensed, not sold. Uberion grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application and related service content for the user own lawful food-operation management purposes during the active service period.

The user may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, scrape, use automated high-volume requests, abuse shared accounts, evade AI/OCR quota, request frequency, file size, upload, or automation controls, overload, interfere with, or use YoriPrep to build a competing service, except where a mandatory law gives a non-waivable right.

Uberion and its licensors retain all rights in the application, code, models, prompts, workflows, documentation, brand, service design, and generated service infrastructure, except for user-provided business data and rights that the user already owns.

For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, this Custom EULA is between Uberion and the user, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for maintenance, support, product claims, legal compliance claims, or intellectual-property claims relating to YoriPrep, and the user must comply with applicable third-party terms.

Apple and Apple subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Apple Custom EULA terms and may enforce those terms against the user. The official developer contact in this public document is manager@uberion.org.

Article 4. Accounts, Store Data, and Staff Data

The user must provide accurate account, billing, store, staff, contact, and workspace information and must keep credentials secure. The user is responsible for activity under the account and for notices, consents, or permissions required before entering staff or third-party information.

YoriPrep may store all data entered or generated in the service, including store name, store address, recipes, prep records, raw materials, ingredients, staff contact details, schedules, wage inputs, vendor information, order records, photos, OCR records, chat content, and support messages.

If the user enters staff data, the user represents that the user has authority or another lawful basis to provide that information and will respond to staff requests for access, correction, or deletion through the available request path.

To the extent caused by the user attributable fault and allowed by law, the user must defend and indemnify Uberion against claims, damages, and costs arising from unauthorized staff or third-party data entry, missing notice or consent, unlawful use, rights infringement, or disputes involving data the user provided. This does not limit non-waivable consumer statutory rights.

Article 5. Subscription, Billing, and Taxes

The website does not accept payment or start a subscription. Paid access is selected through Apple App Store checkout, whose purchase screen controls current availability, product name, localized price, currency, tax display, renewal period, payment method terms, and any cancellation deadline shown to the user.

This website does not publish a fixed promotional-offer duration. Users must review any current eligibility, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms in the Apple purchase screen immediately before confirming a transaction.

Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund routing, and store billing records are processed through Apple. YoriPrep may use Apple purchase status to enable, restrict, restore, or remove paid access.

If payment fails, the account may remain available for read-only review, but usable paid service functions, AI features, reward use, and operational functions may be restricted until payment is resolved.

Article 6. Service Output, AI Output, and User Responsibility

YoriPrep may provide AI, OCR, operational analysis, prep guidance, pricing suggestions, marketing suggestions, reminders, or other generated output. Results generated, summarized, extracted, recommended, or analyzed by AI or OCR are displayed as AI-generated, AI-assisted, OCR-extracted, or equivalent user-understandable labels. Those outputs are assistance only and are not professional legal, tax, accounting, employment, food-safety, medical, or financial advice.

The user remains responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it in business operations, pricing decisions, staff operations, or food-safety decisions. Uberion does not guarantee that OCR, AI, recipe analysis, prep forecasts, staff suggestions, or sales recommendations will be error-free, complete, or suitable for every store.

AI/OCR outputs are non-exclusive. Similar inputs, context, or model behavior may produce identical or similar results for other users, and the user does not receive exclusive rights in AI output itself. The user retains rights the user already has in user-provided store data.

The user must not submit unlawful, infringing, confidential third-party data without authority, sensitive information not needed for service use, or content that would violate platform rules, advertising rules, employment rules, privacy law, or food-safety obligations.

Article 7. Promotional Use, User Content, and Research Use

Uberion does not use a user store name, trade name, logo, store address, or use case in promotional materials, customer lists, press materials, or sales materials without a separate opt-in consent that identifies the scope, media, and period of use.

Uberion may process chat content to provide AI/OCR features, support, security, and error improvement. AI research/model improvement is handled as a separate non-public quality-improvement opt-in consent.

Interviews, case studies, sales material, press, website publication, public examples, or public AI response examples require separate case-by-case or public-use consent unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Recipe, prep, raw-material, ingredient, cost, sales, and vendor data is not used as external promotional material. Those records may be sent to service processors including OpenAI only to provide or improve consulting, OCR, AI, or operational assistance for that user.

Article 8. Subscription, Cancellation, Refund, and Failed Payment

Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges. After cancellation, the user may continue to log in and review previously used service records during the paid service-provision period, but YoriPrep does not provide a separate export function.

Users manage or cancel an active subscription through Apple subscription management and may request a refund through Apple. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights to withdrawal, cancellation, refund, damages, or other remedies guaranteed by applicable law. Uberion may guide the Apple process or provide transaction context needed for support.

For digital content supplied immediately at the user request or consent, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited where applicable law permits. Uberion will give any required notice on the purchase or access screen where this exception applies.

A payment failure may restrict all usable service functions while preserving limited viewing where technically and legally available. Uberion may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Article 9. AI, OCR, Analytics, Advertising, and Third-Party Processing

Production AI and OCR-related processing uses ChatGPT/OpenAI. Development-only model names are not the production service model. The service may transmit prompts, photos, OCR text, chat records, and operational data to OpenAI when needed for the requested feature.

Google Analytics is used for service measurement. Apple processes billing, subscription, platform account, refund, and App Store information as part of store distribution and payments.

YoriPrep may use advertising networks, including Google AdMob and other providers, and may process ad identifiers, device data, interaction data, fraud-prevention signals, reward-completion events, and consent status for ad delivery and measurement.

Article 10. Changes, Suspension, Termination, and Enterprise Terms

Uberion may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of YoriPrep for service improvement, security, legal compliance, platform policy, billing issues, or material operational needs. General changes are noticed 7 days before effect where practicable, and materially adverse or important changes are noticed 30 days before effect unless urgent security, legal, or platform-policy reasons require later notice.

Important changes may require separate consent, clear notice, or a right to refuse. If the user does not agree to a material change, the user may stop using the service, cancel the platform subscription, or request account deletion.

A user may stop using YoriPrep, cancel subscriptions through the applicable platform, or request account deletion. Deletion, retention, and remaining records are governed by the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Policy.

Enterprise use, service levels, data-processing terms, refunds, pricing, confidentiality, and support commitments are governed by the signed enterprise contract or statement of work. Enterprise contract terms prevail over these consumer Terms only where they expressly conflict.

For business or work use, Uberion liability is limited to direct ordinary damages and, except for liability that cannot be limited by law, capped at the amount the user actually paid to YoriPrep during the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to intent or gross negligence, life or bodily injury, non-waivable law, or consumer statutory rights that cannot be limited.
