YoriPrep Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-25This policy explains YoriPrep paid plans, platform billing, cancellation, refund routing, failed payment, and post-cancellation access.
Article 1. Plan, Price, and Platform Billing
The website does not accept payment or start a subscription. Paid access is selected through Apple App Store checkout, whose purchase screen controls current availability, product name, localized price, currency, tax display, renewal period, payment method terms, and any cancellation deadline shown to the user.
This website does not publish a fixed promotional-offer duration. Users must review any current eligibility, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms in the Apple purchase screen immediately before confirming a transaction.
Users are responsible for maintaining a valid platform payment method and reviewing platform renewal, cancellation, and receipt information.
Article 2. Separate Optional Consents and Paid Access
Subscription purchase is provided based on Apple billing processing, receipt verification, Terms/EULA, subscription, auto-renewal, refund, account, security, storage, support, and other required service processing and notices.
The separate optional consents in the Privacy Policy, including store-promotion use, advertising marketing, and AI research/model improvement, are separate from paid access. Refusal or withdrawal does not restrict subscription purchase, account use, billing notices, security notices, legally required notices, required service notices, user-configured operational notices, or basic paid service use.
The effect of optional-consent withdrawal is limited to stopping new use for that optional purpose. Refusal or withdrawal of advertising marketing stops advertising marketing messages, but billing, security, legal, required service, and user-configured operational notices may continue.
AI/OCR processing needed to provide requested features, support, security, error handling, and required service operation is separate from optional AI research/model improvement consent.
Rewarded-ad rewards, where offered, are a non-transferable and non-cash service benefit and are handled under the Ads and Rewards Policy rather than as cash, stored value, or refundable subscription credit.
Article 3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Failed Payment
Users manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple subscription management and through Settings > Billing management where available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Users may request a refund through Apple. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights to withdrawal, cancellation, refund, damages, or other remedies guaranteed by applicable law. Uberion may guide the Apple process or provide transaction context needed for support.
For digital content supplied immediately at the user request or consent, statutory withdrawal rights may be limited where applicable law permits. Uberion will give any required notice on the purchase or access screen where this exception applies.
If payment fails, viewing may remain available, but all usable paid service functions may be restricted until payment is resolved. YoriPrep does not provide a standalone export function after cancellation or failed payment.
Article 4. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, users may log in and review previously used service records during the already-paid service-provision period, subject to account status, platform status, and technical availability.
At the end of the paid period, premium features, AI usage, reward use, and operational functions may be restricted. Account deletion and privacy requests remain available through the published request paths.
Enterprise billing, refund, service level, and support rules are governed by the enterprise contract or statement of work instead of this consumer subscription policy where they expressly differ.
