YoriPrep Enterprise Terms Path
Effective date: 2026-06-25This policy explains that enterprise use is handled through inquiry, separate B2B terms, contracts, data-processing terms, and service documents.
Article 1. B2B Inquiry and Separate Contract
Enterprise use is B2B only. Uberion provides applicable terms, data-processing terms, service documents, pricing, support commitments, and contracts through inquiry.
A signed enterprise agreement, service order, statement of work, or data-processing agreement controls enterprise pricing, refunds, service levels, support, confidentiality, data processing, and administrator obligations where it expressly differs from consumer terms.
Consumer app terms may still apply to individual app access unless the enterprise contract expressly replaces the relevant consumer term.
Article 2. Administrator and Data Responsibilities
Enterprise administrators are responsible for authorized user access, internal notices, staff-data entry, business data accuracy, workspace configuration, and any consent or legal basis required for employee or third-party data.
Enterprise deployments may require a separate security, privacy, billing, retention, audit, or integration review before production use.
Uberion may refuse or suspend enterprise access if required contracts, approvals, security checks, or payment obligations are not completed.
