YoriPrep Account Deletion and Data Deletion Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-25This policy explains how account deletion is requested, what data is included, what may be retained, and how deletion interacts with platform subscriptions and paid access.
Article 1. Deletion Request Paths
Users may request deletion in the app through Settings or support flows where available, or through the public homepage and service request route if the app is not installed.
The request must include enough account, store, workspace, billing, staff, or contact context for Uberion to verify that the requester is authorized to delete the relevant account or data.
Staff members may request deletion of staff records through the same path and should include the relevant workspace, staff name, contact information, and relationship to the operator.
Article 2. Deletion Scope
Account deletion includes the manager account, workspace personal data, store personal data, stored photos, original images, OCR records, chat records, AI records, staff personal data, support identity data, device tokens, and ad or analytics identifiers where technically and legally possible.
Deletion of a YoriPrep account is not the same as subscription cancellation through Apple. The user should cancel an active subscription through Apple subscription management to avoid future Apple billing.
If payment has failed, the account may be limited to read-only viewing before deletion is processed. Paid or usable service functions remain restricted until payment is resolved or deletion is completed.
Article 3. Retained Records and Closure
Uberion may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, chargeback, audit, or unresolved-support obligations. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
The default retention period is up to one year. If the service closes earlier, service data is deleted earlier as part of closure unless legal retention applies.
When deletion is complete, the user may lose access to service history, AI records, prep records, recipes, stored images, and staff information. YoriPrep does not provide a separate export function before or after deletion.
