YoriPrep AI, OCR, Analytics, and Data Use Policy
Effective date: 2026-06-25This policy explains how YoriPrep uses ChatGPT/OpenAI, OCR, stored photos, chat content, internal AI research, and consulting boundaries.
Article 1. Production AI Provider
Production AI and OCR-related processing uses OpenAI, L.L.C. in the United States. Development-only model references are not the production service model.
The production integration should use an OpenAI business/API service surface for service processing. If Uberion instead uses a materially different OpenAI product, account type, region, or retention setting, this policy must be updated before release or continued use.
AI/OCR processing may include photos, original images, OCR text, menus, sales, recipes, prep, raw materials, ingredients, store notes, staff context, support context, and chat messages when needed for the requested feature.
Uberion operates on the premise that OpenAI API/business inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless Uberion opts in. OpenAI security, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, and limited retention may still apply under provider terms. Uberion will update this policy if the production AI provider changes.
Article 2. Internal Research, Marketing, and Consulting Boundary
Uberion may process chat content to provide AI/OCR features, support, security, and error improvement. AI research/model improvement is handled as a separate non-public quality-improvement opt-in consent.
Use of chat content for internal AI research or model improvement requires a separate non-public quality-improvement opt-in consent unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Interviews, case studies, sales material, press, website publication, public examples, or public AI response examples require separate case-by-case or public-use consent unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Refusing or withdrawing optional AI research/model-improvement consent does not restrict AI/OCR feature delivery, error handling, security, support, or other required service processing. It stops new research/model-improvement use for that optional purpose.
Uberion does not use a user store name, trade name, logo, store address, or use case in promotional materials, customer lists, press materials, or sales materials without a separate opt-in consent that identifies the scope, media, and period of use.
Recipe, prep, raw-material, ingredient, cost, sales, and vendor data is not used as external promotional material. Those records are used only to provide better consulting to the relevant user and may be sent to service processors including OpenAI for that purpose.
Article 3. Human Review and Output Limits
YoriPrep features may use artificial intelligence and OCR technology. Results generated, summarized, extracted, recommended, or analyzed by AI or OCR are displayed as AI-generated, AI-assisted, OCR-extracted, or equivalent user-understandable labels. AI and OCR outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific store. The user must review output before using it in live operations, pricing decisions, staff operations, or food-safety decisions.
YoriPrep does not replace professional advice for law, tax, accounting, employment, food safety, medicine, finance, or other regulated decisions.
YoriPrep AI does not make automatic legal or HR decisions about staff. Staffing, work evaluation, wages, termination, or discipline must be reviewed and decided by the operator or another authorized person.
Uberion may monitor, log, review, restrict, or disable AI usage for security, quality, abuse prevention, service improvement, legal compliance, or platform-policy compliance.
