Article 1. Available Requests

Users may request access, correction, deletion, processing review, restriction, objection, marketing opt-out, ad-choice review, automated-decision review, and other privacy rights available under the law that applies to the user region.

Staff members whose information was entered by an operator may request access, correction, or deletion of staff contact details and staff-related information through the same request path.

Uberion may ask for account, workspace, store, staff, and contact context to verify the requester and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

Article 2. Separate Optional Consents and Withdrawal

Optional consents are collected as separate purpose-specific choices. Non-public research purposes and external publication purposes are not bundled into one consent.

Users can review and withdraw optional consents through the app legal and consent settings screen, Settings > Contact, or the homepage request path.

Refusal or withdrawal of an optional consent does not restrict subscription purchase, account use, billing notices, security notices, legally required notices, required service notices, user-configured operational notices, or basic paid service use. The effect is limited to stopping new use for the refused or withdrawn optional purpose.

Article 3. Request Channels and Response

Requests may be submitted through the homepage, the public service request route, Settings > Contact, or Settings > Billing management where the request concerns subscription or refund-routing context.

Privacy, deletion, billing-support, and service requests are submitted by email to manager@uberion.org. The public request form opens a prefilled email draft so the requester can review and send it from their own email account.

This Korea-first public copy handles privacy rights through the published request route. Korean access requests are answered within the legally required period, including notice of availability, method, refusal reason, or extension reason within 10 days after identity or authority verification where Korean law applies.

Correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, and advertising-choice requests are processed or answered within legally required periods. Account deletion, complex workspace or staff-authority checks, operational database deletion, and backup deletion may follow the separate 30-day, 90-day, and 180-day account deletion model.

Uberion may refuse, delay, or narrow a request when required or allowed by law, including requests that cannot be verified, affect another person rights, conflict with legal retention, or require disclosure of confidential security information.

Article 4. No Standalone Export Product

YoriPrep does not provide a standalone export product in the app or website. Users can log in during the available service period to review previously used services, subject to account and billing state.

If access to records is legally required, Uberion will review the request through the privacy request process and determine the secure response format that is technically available and legally appropriate.

Deletion requests do not create a right to receive a full operational export before deletion unless applicable law requires a specific access or portability response.
